This was assured through the implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 quality systems, which is subject to continuous review as a tool of development. It is the totality of the arrangements made with the object of ensuring that all products are of the quality required for their intended use. Quality assurance incorporates GMP and other factors to achieve that. Here at MEDMAC the concept of \u201cQuality assurance\u201d is implemented to the maximum!<\/p>\n<p>QA highly skilled teamwork to ensure that;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Products are designed and developed in a way that takes account of the requirements of international standards.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Production and control operations as specified in written forms according to too GMP and other requirements are adopted.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Arrangements are made for the manufacture, supply, and use of the correct starting and packaging materials.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 All necessary controls on starting materials, intermediate products, and bulk products, and other in-process controls, calibrations, and validations are carried out.<\/p>\n<p>The finished product is correctly processed and checked, according to the defined procedures prelude to its release to the market in accordance with the requirements of marketing authorizations and any other regulations.<\/p>\n<p>This is all achieved mainly through issuing written procedures that cover all aspects related to making quality products, conducting self-inspection and\/or quality audit that regularly appraises the effectiveness and applicability of the quality assurance system; and last but not least continues revision and improvement of the quality system.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"col-12 col-md-9 col-lg-6\"><div class=\"__image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/medmac.com.jo\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Untitled-design-51.png\" class=\"img-fluid\" alt=\"Untitled-design-51.png\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"__item item_69d2275e9c029\" data-res-css=\"   \"><div class=\"__inner\"><div class=\"row justify-content-sm-center\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-9 col-lg-6\"><div class=\"__content\"><h3 class=\"__title\">QUALITY <span>CONTROL<\/span><\/h3><div><p>In MEDMAC, there is an effective quality control department run by highly skilled personnel, who are responsible for implementing our quality control system.<\/p>\n<p>Adequate laboratory facilities are available to facilitate the work of the quality control department. Environmentally-controlled labs are available, a chemistry lab, a chromatography lab, and a microbiology lab, in addition to the offices and archives. All labs equipped with the latest equipment; HPLCs, GC, IR, UV, and many more.<\/p>\n<p>The QC department is mainly responsible for the analysis, approval, or rejection of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process materials, and finished products.<\/p>\n<p>Through the microbiology lab, they also control the environment of the factory and make sure that all regulations concerning sanity and hygiene that involve machinery, floors, walls, and personnel are implemented within and outside production processes.<\/p>\n<p>All analytical methods used by the QC department are according to international pharmacopeias (USP, BP, and EURP). In addition, all the reference standards used in the tests are pharmacopoeial.
