Antibacterial drugs are given to animals by injection (intravenously, intramuscularly, and subcutaneously), orally in food or water, topically on the skin, and by intramammary and intrauterine infusions. Antibacterial are easier to give to animals by injection, and the digestive system of ruminants often renders oral antimicrobial drugs ineffective.\n<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"col-12 col-md-6 col-lg-4\"><div class=\"__item\"><h5 class=\"__title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/medmac.com.jo\/en\/veterinary-products\/antibacterial-products\" class=\"font-weight-bold \">Anticoccidials <\/a><\/h5><p>Coccidiosis is an infectious disease of the intestinal tract of wild and domestic animals caused by different protozoa. These include but are not limited to Isospora, Neospora, Cryptosporidium, and Eimeria of the phylum Apicomplexa. Anticoccidial drugs are widely used as additives in feed and as veterinary drugs for the prevention and treatment of coccidiosis in poultry and other animals. The economic damage caused by coccidiosis in modern poultry production is so serious.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"col-12 col-md-6 col-lg-4\"><div class=\"__item\"><h5 class=\"__title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/medmac.com.jo\/en\/veterinary-products\/anticoccidials\" class=\"font-weight-bold \">Anthelmintics <\/a><\/h5><p>Anthelmintics are a group of antiparasitic drugs that expel parasitic worms (helminths) and other internal parasites from the body by either stunning or killing them and without causing significant damage to the host. Anthelmintics are used to treat infected animals. Most anthelmintics generally have a wide margin of safety, considerable activity against immature (larval) and mature stages of helminths, and a broad spectrum of activity. Nonetheless, the usefulness of any anthelmintic is limited by the intrinsic efficacy of the drug itself, its mechanism of action, its pharmacokinetic properties, characteristics of the host animal, and characteristics of the parasite.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"col-12 col-md-6 col-lg-4\"><div class=\"__item\"><h5 class=\"__title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/medmac.com.jo\/en\/veterinary-products\/ectoparasiticides\" class=\"font-weight-bold \">Ectoparasitcides <\/a><\/h5><p>Ectoparasitcides are pesticides designed to kill parasites that live on the exterior of a host. They can be used to treat and\/or prevent insect infestations (fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, sand flies or biting flies depending on the medicinal product) in animals.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"col-12 col-md-6 col-lg-4\"><div class=\"__item\"><h5 class=\"__title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/medmac.com.jo\/en\/veterinary-products\/vitamins-and-others\" class=\"font-weight-bold \">Vitamins and More<\/a><\/h5><p>Vitamins are the foundation of balanced animal nutrition.
