OUR STORY

MEDMAC for manufacturing Agricultural Chemicals and Veterinary Products Ltd. was established in 1994, specializing in the formulation of agrochemicals and veterinary products.

Well-equipped manufacturing facilities for both pesticides and veterinary products were established in Al-Hasan Industrial Estate and a head office in Amman. Keeping pace with modernization, total automation and HPLC-based control technology was introduced in the technical and administrative departments. This has maximized the economy of operations, improved quality control, and achieved products conforming to international specifications.

Over the years MEDMAC kept improving its operations with the introduction of new machinery, new technologies, and expertise. This contributed significantly to the rapid growth of the company; new products were introduced and the company’s presence expanded to new markets on yearly basis.

MISSION

One of the main reasons behind the establishment of the company was and still is the contribution to the food safety of the region and the world. The importance of such a mission becomes clear when one takes into consideration all the different threats facing the world like global warming, deforestation, expanding urbanization and the corresponding reduction of arable land. This requires us to increase our efforts and productivity drastically so that we may avoid hunger and total economic meltdown. Especially when one considers that a full third of the worldwide crops and livestock is lost to pests and different diseases.

Therefore, Medmac aims to protect agricultural crops and livestock with products of superior quality that will solve crop and animal problems and maximize productivity, while at the same time achieving the best possible protection for man and his environment.
